Newmatic hoods may be operated in the ducted or recirculating modes. In the ducted modes, only the alumnium filter is fitted. In the recirculating mode, both the alumnium & charcoal filters are fitted.

Aluminium filters are washable. This should be done by spraying a kitchen degreaser & scrubbing with a soft brush then rise off.

Charcoal filters are not washable & should be replaced every 6 monthly.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff on the spot.

Should you decide to return the good after our delivery staff has left, please do so with the product intact in the carton box with all components, accessories & packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns not in the orginal condition.
